International Shipping
International orders are handled by DHL Express and EMS (International Express Mail Service). We're continuously expanding our international shipping coverage. If your country isn't listed, please check out Where to Buy for authorized partners in your region or contact us for more information.
DHL Express:
Delivery typically ranges from 2 to 3 days, up to 5-10 days depending on the product/service and origin/destination. Tracking is available at DHL Tracking using the provided tracking number.
EMS (only available for the Aries grinder):
EMS service is managed by Taiwan Chunghwa Post for reliable shipping. Delivery times vary: 3-5 days for nearby countries and 7-14 days for more distant ones. Tracking is available at Taiwan Chunghwa Post using the provided tracking number.
EMS does not support shipping for the Katze scale due to the lithium battery inside. If you wish to order the Katze scale, please select DHL Express as your shipping method.
- Orders ship within approximately 5-7 business days from the order date (excluding holidays). Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT+8 / Taipei time). No deliveries are made on holidays. Shipments may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or natural disasters.
- Due to shipping restrictions, the Aries grinder must be purchased separately, with a maximum quantity of one per order.
If you wish to purchase more than one Aries grinder or with other products, please place them in separate carts/orders.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees not included in the product price. These charges vary by country. Mx. COOL recommends checking applicable fees before ordering, as customers are responsible for these costs. Currently, we're unable to prepay customs duties or taxes.
