Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving it. To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us of your decision in a clear manner. You can contact us through the contact menu at the bottom right or via email at mxcoolstudio@gmail.com to initiate the return process and obtain the correct return address. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase, along with the product serial number, must be provided for the return.

Within Taiwan:

In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period (including holidays) starting from the day after receiving the product. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may request a return within the hesitation period. We will cover the return shipping costs but deduct a 2% platform handling fee. Please ensure your request is submitted within the hesitation period, as late submissions will not be accepted.

Other Regions:

Once your request is submitted, we will provide you with the specific return address and information. The cost and risk of returning the product will be borne by you. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable shipping service. If we do not receive the returned product or cannot verify delivery proof, we will be unable to process the refund. The refund will include the full product amount but exclude shipping costs and a 2% platform handling fee.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will notify you of the successful return via email and process the refund within 7 business days from the following day. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., the original payment card).

Return Conditions

To ensure the product meets return conditions, please make sure:

• The product was received within the past 7 days.
• The product remains in its original, complete packaging (including the outer shipping carton).
• The product is unused and undamaged.

The following situations are not eligible for returns:

• Products exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.
• Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging or missing invoices or accessories.

Notes

• The hesitation period is not a trial period. If you have used the grinder and request a full or partial refund, the request may be denied due to prior use.
• We only process orders placed through our official website. If you purchased the product via another channel, please contact that platform for assistance.
• All transactions are settled in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). We are not responsible for discrepancies in the order and refund amounts caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

• We reserve the right to reject products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
