Coffee Roastery.
The owners, who once worked as baristas in Australia, returned to their hometown due to the pandemic and opened this café. After relocating and renovating, And Coffee Roastery now boasts a spacious interior, offering customers a more comfortable coffee experience. The store’s design, featuring a mix of wood grain and exposed concrete, is simple yet warm.
The bar counter is spacious and bright, allowing the baristas to shine while doing what they love. Every space is thoughtfully arranged, from the espresso section to the pour-over area, with our Katze scales placed in each zone to provide precise data support for every cup of coffee. When serving espresso single-origin, Aries becomes an indispensable part of the bar, helping the baristas easily present a perfect cup of espresso even when grinding light roasts.

這家店的老闆和老闆娘曾在澳洲擔任咖啡師，因為疫情的關係，他們回到故鄉開設了這間店。經過一番搬遷和整修後，與咖啡擁有了更寬敞的空間，為顧客提供了更加舒適的咖啡體驗。店內的設計風格融合了木紋與清水模，簡約卻不失溫暖。
