Hidden in the alleys of Taichung, Asakawa_studio is transformed from an old house, retaining the original walls and gravel flooring, while incorporating wooden decor to create a strong Japanese style. The fusion of Taiwanese old house elements with Japanese design adds a unique charm to this peaceful neighborhood.

In this small shop, run by the owner alone, it’s clear that great attention is paid to the details of brewing coffee. To ensure a clean and pure flavor, he carefully cleans the Aries grinder every time he uses it. The quick-detach design of the Aries allows for efficient maintenance of the grinder’s burrs, even when working alone, ensuring consistent grinding quality.

The owner of Asakawa was one of the first backers of Aries on Zeczec. After using our updated version, he decided to upgrade his daily Aries grinder. The new Aries not only increases the torque but also allows for finer adjustments in the espresso grind size, greatly enhancing the consistency and stability of the coffee output at Asakawa.

一人經營的小店中，看得出淺川主理人對於做咖啡非常有條紊，為了呈現乾淨的風味，在使用Aries上把把做清潔，Aries的快拆的功能也讓一人作業可以有效率的把刀盤清潔。在嘖嘖上購買的第一批用戶，淺川主理人在用過我們的更新版本後，決定也將他每天使用的Aries做更新，除了扭力變大之外，在濃縮的刻度上也可以磨得更細，又更強大了淺川出杯的穩定度。
