Congrats Cafe is nestled in a cozy corner of a small alley off a bustling main road in Taipei. Using wood, plants, and natural light, it creates a warm and soothing wabi-sabi-inspired atmosphere, a comforting and healing presence.
The founder, Super, is a barista deeply passionate about the Japanese craftsman spirit. The diverse range of brewing equipment in the café reflects his dedication to coffee. With accolades like 4th place in the 2023 TSCA Golden Cup Awards (Espresso Division), champion of the 2023 Coffee Mania Festival Coffee Cocktail Competition, and judge for the 2024 Coffee Mania Festival Creative Coffee Competition, these hard-earned achievements are a testament to his recognition in the coffee industry.
Over the past year, most of the single-origin coffees in Congrats Cafe have been ground using the Aries grinder. On the La Marzocco KB90, Katze scales are used to ensure efficient brewing while precisely monitoring the quality and extraction of every espresso shot.

Congrats Cafe坐落於台北熙來攘往大馬路旁的小巷子,有一個小角落利用木頭植物與自然光,營造一種日式侘寂的氛圍,溫暖且療癒的存在。
主理人Super是一位熱愛日本職人精神的咖啡師,店內各式各樣沖煮器具透露著他對咖啡的熱誠,2023 TSCA金盃獎義式組第四名、2023 咖啡爽節咖啡調飲賽冠軍、2024咖啡爽節創意咖啡調飲大賽評審,這些得來不易的獎牌與經歷更是咖啡界對他的肯定。
這一年多來,Congrats Cafe 的單一產區咖啡多由 Aries 磨豆機負責研磨,而在 La Marzocco KB90 上,則搭配 Katze 秤來協助快速出杯,同時精準掌控每一份濃縮咖啡的品質與萃取狀況。
