With the Taiwan Coffee Show finally coming to an end, we can now take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve experienced. This incredible event wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support and collaboration of Wildkaffe, Martin, and Orea. Sharing a booth with such respected names in the coffee industry was truly inspiring, giving us fresh insights and the motivation to keep growing, improving, and evolving.

Over the past four days, they brewed more than hundreds of cups using our coffee grinder, Aries. They provided us with great feedback and ideas, which will serve as valuable insights for our future product development. A heartfelt thank you to Wildkaffe for providing us with some of the rarest and most delicious coffee beans from various origins. And to Martin, your energy, inspiration, and guidance were simply exceptional. A big shoutout to Orea and Mordy for making this booth truly complete with your sponsorship, incredible brewers, and for being cool and awesome.

Last but not least, huge huge thank you to all the guest brewers who joined our booth, had fun, and brewed coffee for everyone with Aries: Congratscafe, coffeestopover, singleoriginespresso, adcafe, and the one and only sherryhsu, our good friend.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year. Until then, brew and love.

11月中的咖啡展終於圓滿落幕，回顧這段旅程從展前的規劃到展後的檢討，每一階段都收穫滿滿，這場活動可以順利進行，要感謝Wildkaffe、Martin和Orea的支持與合作，有幸邀請到咖啡業界的大咖一同參與盛會，讓我們獲得新的見解，並且帶給我們動力繼續往前進。

衷心感謝Wildkaffe提供來自世界各地稀有且好喝的咖啡豆，還要特別感謝Martin，他的熱情與活力感染現場的氣氛，專業更不在話下。感謝Orea與Mordy的蒞臨，為我們帶來出色的沖煮器具，讓這個攤位更加完美。

最後，也要感謝所有來我們攤位客座的講師與我們一起同樂，並用Aries沖煮咖啡，為大家帶來美好的週末：Congratscafe、coffeestopover、singleoriginespresso、adcafe、sherryhsu。

這四天不論是一同合展的Martin、Orea，還是客座講師們，都用我們的磨豆機、電子秤沖泡不下數百杯手沖，使用的過程中也給了我們很多很棒的反饋與想法，這些都是我們日後往前進的動力與養分，2024台灣咖啡展結束，我們也已經開始期待2025年會有什麼樣不同的際遇！在那之前，繼續與咖啡共舞吧！
