Describe the issue with supporting images or videos for our team to review. We will provide suitable replacement parts or request that you return the product to us for repair or replacement.
Mx. COOL reserves the right to determine whether the issue is a genuine defect or falls within the acceptable quality standards of manufacturing. We are confident in our products, and our support team is always available to assist with any problems that may arise.
Conditions Not Covered Under Warranty
The Mx. COOL warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual for operation, maintenance, or storage.
- Damages resulting from disassembly or modification by unauthorized distributors or technicians.
- Issues deemed by Mx. COOL to be within standard manufacturing tolerances.
- Faults or damages caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning, power surges, or environmental factors.
How to Claim Warranty Service
If no improper behavior has occurred, follow these steps to access warranty services:
- Record the Product Serial Number:
- The serial number is usually located on a label at the bottom of the product (D for grinders, S for scales).
- Contact the Mx. COOL Team:
- Describe the issue and provide supporting details, like images or videos. We will decide whether to send you replacement parts or request a product return for repair or replacement.
If our team determines the product must be returned for warranty-covered repair or replacement, we will provide the return address. Once the product is received, we will offer a preliminary issue explanation and further repair details. The typical warranty processing time is 5-10 business days. However, with shipping time included, the exact duration depends on the location and the type of damage or warranty claim.
Important Notes
- Use the original packaging for warranty returns.
- Accessories and grinder burrs are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty.
- This warranty policy only applies to purchases made through our official website. For products purchased from overseas partners or other online platforms, please contact the original seller for returns or warranty services.
Shipping Costs
- In some cases, Mx. COOL will cover the cost of return shipping after an initial problem diagnosis.
- If the product is found to have no issues or does not require repair, the customer will bear all shipping-related costs.
