Patented Protective Structure

Katze has a market-only pop-up screen and patent for its structural protection. Unlike traditional coffee scales that can endure only up to 2 kg of pressure, the Katze scale can support up to 12 kg when the screen is retracted. This design not only provides extra support but also enhances the scale’s pressure resistance, making it resilient against most external forces encountered in daily use. This feature also allows the Katze scale to be easily carried in a bag or stacked for storage without concerns about damaging its accuracy.

High Sensitivity & Response

As a high-end coffee scale, Katze is highly sensitive, with a minimum weight capacity of 0.1 g. It responds quickly on the display with minimal lag, ensuring the accuracy of your brewing is perfected.

More Protections

In addition to its structural protection, Katze is water-resistant on the surface and has been tested to withstand continuous steaming for over 3 minutes while still functioning perfectly afterward. Furthermore, with its charging port located on the side, you don’t have to worry about water from the drain chamber affecting the port when using an E61 group head for espresso.

Type-C Charging

Katze uses a Type-C charger, enabling faster charging and compatibility with power banks. Another key feature of Katze is the ability to charge while in use—something that most coffee scales on the market cannot offer. Once fully charged, Katze can operate for up to 20 hours of continuous use and requires only 2 hours to fully recharge.

Easly Trouble-Shooting

Katze, as our brand’s first product, is easy to use—even when it comes to troubleshooting. All you need to do is replace your container or cup on the scale, and Katze will automatically detect it and restart the measuring process. This design is particularly user-friendly for commercial settings where workloads are intense. It also addresses any display or calculation malfunctions; simply replacing your cup allows you to restart the mode in just a split second.
